Marina Development
Northland has the longest coastline of any region in New Zealand. Along with our beautiful beaches, great fishing, surfing and a variety of popular watersports the region enjoys a strong and vibrant boating heritage. The provision of improved marine facilities with safe berthage and excellent land based services is a priority for the Northland Regional Council.
The Partnership is keen to work with private sector developers to grow marine precinct assets and further develop our coastal towns and amenities.
